Open Houses of the Week — June 27-28

Happy Saturday! Here's where I'd be spending my weekend (June 27-28) if I were house-hunting in Burnaby or Richmond right now. As always, these are open houses I'd actually recommend to friends and family.

Burnaby, Metrotown

503 - 6658 Dow Avenue

A 1-bed + den at MODA by Polygon, steps from Metrotown Mall and the SkyTrain. Great option for a first-time buyer who wants walkability without giving up space for a home office.

3101 - 6699 Dunblane Avenue

A 2-bed, 1-bath at Polaris. Solid layout for a young couple or a buyer looking to get into a newer Metrotown building without stretching for a 2-bath unit.

3807 - 4670 Assembly Way

Right in the heart of Metrotown's newer towers. If you want to be in the middle of everything (shopping, transit, restaurants), this is your zone.

2801 - 6537 Telford Avenue

A higher-floor unit, likely with some nice city or mountain views depending on exposure. Always worth the visit just to see the vantage point.

Richmond, Brighouse

236 - 6828 Eckersley Road

Brighouse is one of my go-to recommendations for buyers who want to be close to the Canada Line and Richmond Centre without paying Vancouver prices.

404 - 8120 Lansdowne Road

Another Brighouse option, close to Lansdowne Centre. Good for buyers who want shopping and transit both within a short walk.

1002 - 6651 Minoru Boulevard

Near Minoru Park so if having green space and a community centre nearby matters to you, this location is hard to beat.

719 - 5399 Cedarbridge Way

Tucked into the Cedarbridge area, a quieter pocket of Brighouse that's still close to all the main amenities.

407 - 6855 Pearson Way

Close to Richmond Centre and the Canada Line, whice is a strong pick if daily commuting into Vancouver is a priority.

1113 - 6188 No. 3 Road

Right on No. 3 Road, one of Richmond's busiest and most central corridors, great for buyers who want to be in the action.

303 - 6331 Buswell Street

A quieter side-street location while still being minutes from Brighouse's core amenities.
